Gregory Bolton and Petros Kusmu

The Samara Centre for Democracy is delighted to welcome Gregory Belton, Executive Chairman of HUB International, and Petros Kusmu, Founder & CEO of Alpine Vistas Capital, to our Board of Directors. With established contributions to democratic causes and as outstanding leaders in their fields, their insights will advance the Samara Centre’s efforts to secure a vibrant culture of civic engagement across Canada. They join a board composed of tremendous active citizens, each with a deep commitment to ensuring our country’s democratic resilience.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank outgoing board member Chad Rogers who, over his two terms of service, fostered a strong community among his board colleagues and provided invaluable strategic guidance for the Samara Centre. We are grateful for his contributions.

Established in 2007, the Samara Centre for Democracy is Canada’s leading non-partisan organization focused on protecting Canadian democracy with cutting-edge research, impactful events and engaging civic resources.
